Hello, I accidentally purchased the subscription..I am trying to cancel it, I have not used the service. I emailed customer service and they said they weren't of help with that email..Who can I call? I haven't used the service. Its a new app.

pissed! my 3 year old typical toddler granddaughter got ahold of my phone and within 5 mins downloaded this app AND charged my card over $50! It's not a free app like it claims to be. If I could add a screenshot to show that it's not, I would, but it won't let me. After the publisher left a comment: Your description of the app is extremely misleading and false advertising. No where does it say that it's a free trial. Everywhere it says free call and free text, free 2nd number to call and text. After downloading and choosing a number, it asks you to pay for service. You can't get a free number to explore your app.

I wanted an OTP verification and got charged £8.99 for the credits to do so. Their OTP verification isn't currently working and going by responses they've made to other reviews it hasn't since at least January!! I want my money back! I would never recommend this app. I decided to end my free trial early because I didn't believe it was necessary after all. I had only sent one message. Though I had two days left on the trial period, it wouldn't let me receive or read the reply to my message and wouldn't allow me to message the recipient and inform them that I couldn't receive and read the reply.
